HELENA PARDEY-YARALLI.
Helena has been dancing since the age of 2 and started working as a professional dancer, actor and performer at the age of 4. She trained at Sylvia Young Theatre school and Pheonix Creative arts before completing her full time training and Diploma in professional musical theatre at Italia Conti Arts Centre. Her professional credits include – Oliver! in the West End, The King and I (UK tour), Casualty (BBC), BBC ident, The Pride of Britain Awards, The Poison Tree (ITV), Nick Junior- What’s Your News, American choppers (commercial); Short films, including - The Rabbit and The Woodcutter, The Ground Beneath Her Feet and Dregs. Helena has performed in productions for The National Trust, UK tours for Plays for School Children, and many Pantomimes including Aladdin in 2019 where she performed a circus aerial silk solo. Helena has danced and modelled for music videos and performed for choreographer Beky Humphries at The British Dance Awards in 2023. Helena has been teaching dance for many years. She has always been passionate about dancing and performing but most of all because of the way it makes her feel and for the joy of being able to watch others light up with it too. She believes dance is the hidden language of the soul. Helena is so excited to be teaching with Dance shack and can’t wait to share the space you all!
