1. Recruitment and Employment
Recruitment and selection processes will be fair, transparent, and based on merit.
Job advertisements, interviews, and employment practices will avoid discriminatory language or requirements.
2. Classes
Lessons and activities will be designed to be inclusive, accessible, and respectful of all cultural and individual differences.
3. Anti-Discrimination Measures
Any incidents of discrimination, harassment, or victimization will be taken seriously and addressed promptly through appropriate disciplinary procedures.
Dance Shack will actively challenge stereotypes and biases within the organization and promote positive role models.
Monitoring and Review

Feedback from staff, students, and parents/guardians will be sought to inform improvements to the policy.
